Yes, you may pay upfront and be reimbursed, or can call your provider directly at their service request number usually found on the back of your insurance card or their website. If you are covered under roadside assistance, you may have to set up the service directly with them to receive the benefit. You should always call and ask.

To ensure fast service, have the following ready: your name, phone number, vehicle make/model, exact location, and whether your vehicle is drivable or stuck.

Do I have to be there when my car is towed?
Not necessarily- if your vehicle is blocking traffic or is in the roadway at all, you will need to stay with it. In other situations- as long as you leave your keys with the vehicle (under floor mat, in the gas door flap, center console, over a tire- something like that) and you can give us some defining information that can confirm that is the vehicle we ar picking up- then in most cases, no, you do not need to be with your vehicle. we can meet you at the destination for payment.

When do I pay and what forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is due at the completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
